PLACING AN ORDER

You can shop by product category such as tops, bottoms, dresses, gowns HERE. 

Once you find the items you like, click on the product image to open additional information about it and then click ADD TO CART.

PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR SIZING VARIES DEPENDING ON THE STYLE. A SIZE GUIDE IS PROVIDED PER ITEM FOR YOUR REFERENCE.

Once you are done adding items to your cart,
click CHECKOUT. Fill out the ORDER FORM with your details, choose a SHIPPING AND PAYMENT option, then click PLACE ORDER.

You don’t need an account to place an order but having an account enables you to save your personal information and review previous orders. Please note that we do not retain any payment information within your account. You can create an account by clicking here or by opting in when placing an order.

Creating an account on our website makes it much more convenient for you to:

  • Track your orders
  • Add shipping addresses
  • Automatically adds your information on your next purchase
  • Get access on My Wallet website feature exclusive for website members

 

 

My Wallet is an exclusive feature for website members to:

  • Have a store credit on our website via your Wallet
  • You can top up your Wallet via over the counter bank deposit and Paypal.
  • Your wallet credits can be used to purchase on our site
  • Your wallet credits are transferable to your friends

RETURN & EXCHANGE

We accept returns within 7 days upon delivery of items as long as the item is unworn, unwashed (with tags) and in saleable condition. Merchandise SALE ITEMS are not returnable.

For exchange request, please send us an e-mail following this format:

Please note that exchange requests are not final and is still subject to our final approval. PLEASE WAIT FOR OUR CONFIRMATION BEFORE SHIPPING THE ITEM/S BACK TO US.

All shipping charges shall be shouldered by the buyer and item/s must be shipped together with the order form. You will be given store wallet credit in equal value of the item/s returned and must be used within 30 days upon date of issuance.

All returns are subject to inspection. Your store credit will appear on your My Wallet within 7 days after we have inspected the returned item/s.

Store credit can only be used via our website and is non-convertible to cash.

No, sorry all items purchased are non-refundable. We will issue you a store wallet credit instead.

Payment

We currently accept the following payment methods (you will have the option to select your payment method when placing an order):

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via PayPal
  • Bank deposit via BDO and Metrobank

The connection to our site from the cart uses a valid, trusted SSL certificate (valid HTTPS) on a secure TLS connection and a strong protocol version and cipher suite.

Credit and debit cards have a security code located on them. For most cards it will be a 3-4 digit number located on the back. For American Express cards you will find a 3-4 digit number printed on the front side of the cards.

Processing of payment for bank transfer takes 24-48 hours. Please send us a copy of your deposit slip at shopteacupclothing@gmail.com for us to confirm your payment. Once confirmed, your order will be processed and shipped within the next 24-48 hours.

Please note that we will hold your purchased items for 2 working days only. Failure to send proof of payment will result in cancellation of your order.

Delivery

All our deliveries are sent via LBC / J&T and we deliver Nationwide. Orders worth P5,000 and above entitles you to free shipping.

For orders below P5,000 , the following shipping fees will apply according to the product’s shipping class. If you have multiple products in your cart, the item with the much heavier shipping class applies: 

  • Pouch — P200.00
  • Mini Kilo  — P300.00
  • Medium  — P500.00

We also accept local pickups free of charge at our Baguio branch. An e-mail or text message confirmation will be sent to you once orders are ready for pickup. 

We are located at Teacup 4th Floor Porta Vaga, Session Road, Baguio City. Please allow us 2-3 working days to process your orders.

Orders usually ship within 24-48 hours after your payment confirmation. Actual shipping times and delivery date may vary depending on your location. 

To track your orders, we will be sending an order confirmation once your package is shipped along with your tracking number.
